Supply Chain Analyst, Manual Allocation (MMP)
Job Description Summary
This position reports to the Sr, Demand Planning Lead MMP, Global Supply Chain Planning. This position is responsible for the execution of the WW Manual allocation process for MMP. Initiates and drives improvements to the manual allocation process. Maintains a strong link to the Worldwide Business partners from Marketing, Planning, IDS Allocations Group, and other Business Teams.Job Description

Responsibilities
- Responsible for execution of the daily allocation process.
- Checking MAEs generated by the WW Marketing Managers using a compiled report for review of WW allocations.
- Communication of the compiled report with the US Marketing Teams for itemized allocation input.
- Responsible for movement of inventory into and out of the appropriate storage locations when adding or removing products from manual allocation. Working closely with the DC Inventory teams to accomplish this.
- Communicating the location of inventory to the appropriate business teams so that they place customer orders properly.
- Adhere to strict timeframes around daily deliverables to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Attend cross functional allocation meetings as needed.
- Constructively challenge cross functional teams around adding and removing items for Manual Allocation
- Streamline and Continuously improve the Manual Allocations process to create synergies across all platforms (e.g. POC, Microbiology, CORE, etc)
Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1-2 years of Business experience.
- SAP & SCM experience preferred.
- Strong MS Excel abilities.
COMPETENCIES:
- Strong analytical skills and good problem resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
EDUCATION:
- BS/BA with concentration in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS:
- ASCM (APICS) CPIM certification preferred.
