Sales Enablement Coordinator
Job Description SummaryThe Sales Enablement Coordinator supports the Sales Enablement and Operations teams. In this administrative support role, you will work on a team that serves four sales organizations gaining valuable experiences related to sales forecasting, training, tools, meetings & events, and leadership development.
Sales Enablement within UCC prepares and supports sales associates to be successful in their customer facing roles. As a Coordinator you will:
Collaborate with multiple departments to support cross platform communication
Utilize sales enablement tools applied by cross functional teams to support sales activities
Upload and manage content utilized by Sales & Marketing
Manage processes within our customer facing product education modules platform
Data entry in our CRM system (Salesforce.com)
Assist in development of training materials, socialize utilization with cross functional teams
Listen in and take notes for various corporate calls on behalf of the SE team
Sales Operations supports business activities within UCC that impact sales performance and revenue. As a Coordinator you will:
Support sales & clinical onboarding and offboarding
Support sales administration and operations with tasks such as:
Invoice processing and PO submissions
Research and source options for meetings/events (location, dinners, gifts)
Acquire, prepare, and ship meeting/event materials
Connect district managers and sales trainers with information and resources

A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
Excellent written skills with the ability to present information in 1:1 or small group situations.
Work independently and anticipate needs.
Interpret instructions communicated in written or oral format.
Interact and understand various levels of leadership and stakeholders (from sales reps to business leadership) on a variety of tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (i.e.: Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
Education and Experience:
High school education or equivalent required. Higher education preferred.
