Medication Management Solutions

With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

About the role:

As Project Manager - Project/Portfolio Manager you will responsible for leading the execution of programs and/or projects consisting of single or multiple projects. Work within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while leading and presenting risk, ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitates identification of project or program risks/issues, develops and assigns responsibility for mitigation/resolution actions.
• Synthesizes critical information and communicates business implications to partners, senior management and non-technology organization personnel.
• Experience in project management; integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities to include coaching, mentoring and training, acts as a key contributor in a complex environment.
• Measures project performance for schedule and resource effort variance.

About you:

• Developing, presenting, implementing and updating complex integrated project plans that encompass multiple functional areas and technical specialties and monitoring team and project progress in achieving plan milestones.
• Project management experience with healthcare and medical devices, including electrical, mechanical embedded software and Enterprise software solutions. Similar experience or background in non-medical device industries will be considered as well.
• A solid track record leading product development projects that include requirements, design, development, verification, and validation while accounting for other factors such as performance, security, usability, scalability, install-ability & supportability that are relevant to the final commercialized product.
• Experience using Microsoft technologies, & SW development practices such as agile or waterfall.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated high level of business acumen across finance, marketing, sales, service, R&D, manufacturing, and analytical decision making.

Education and experience required:

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field with a minimum of 2–4 years' experience leading the delivery for multi-project hardware and software product development core teams.
• MBA with a strong focus on technology commercialization is a plus – preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and SCRUM certification is highly desirable.
