Position Purpose

Liberator Medical Supply, a subsidiary BD, is looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to be a part of the software development team. The goal is to build innovative solutions and technologies to improve quality and performance. In this role, you will drive and implement DevOps using tools related to automated deployments, build & test automation, code repositories, artifact management, data generation, and data masking.

The ideal candidate is passionate about driving DevOps practices, has a strong understanding of design patterns, is an agile practitioner, isn’t afraid to fail and learn from mistakes, demonstrates a growth and learning mindset, is innovative, fosters teamwork, and keeps security central to the success of all implementations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create, automate, configure, and support the CI/CD pipeline for .Net and Salesforce applications

  • Perform and automate application deployments

  • Manage application configuration settings by deployment environment

  • Automate database packaging and deployments

  • Manage Git repositories

  • Automate unit and integration testing

  • Manage build processes for artifact packages

  • Continuously improve automated build, test, package, and deployment processes

  • Provision SQL databases for non-production use

  • Maintain SDLC documentation

Ancillary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to accomplish goals

  • Support the software development in troubleshooting build and deployment issues


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience


  • US Citizenship

  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (prefer .Net / Salesforce exp)

  • Experience with CI/CD platforms like TeamCity, Jenkins, or Bamboo

  • Strong experience deploying web, ClickOnce, and Windows service .Net applications

  • Experience configuring, optimizing, and managing web servers and web service applications

  • Strong scripting experience, such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell/Bash

  • Experience with source control tools such as GIT/GitHub, SVN, or TFS

  • Network knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, Load balancing) and prior network administration experience is a plus

  • Artifactory management experience with technologies like JFrog and Nuget

  • Experience with container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes a plus

  • Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management experience a plus


  • Analytical: the individual synthesizes complex or diverse information

  • Problem solving: the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully

  • Oral communication: the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts productive meetings
