Job Description Summary
We are looking to recruit an Administrator with working experience with the regulated industry, ideally medical devices or pharmaceutical. You will be providing proactive administrative support to the Customer Advocacy Team. The administrator will be working together with a team of Investigation Engineers and Technicians as well as the Management team to ensure Customer Feedback is correctly recorded and support the investigation activities. The Administrator will be responsible for receiving infusion devices which have been returned for investigation (including decontamination of these devices) as well as packaging and returning these devices to customers globally.This role is based out of Winnersh and you will be required to work onsite 3 days per week.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Administer and support Customer Feedback processes, inclusive of collation of files, data entry, electronic file management, maintaining data integrity and filing system management.
- Manage communications to and from BD international Affiliates and regulatory bodies ensuring these are addressed in a timely manner.
- Organise the return of customer pumps following the investigation which includes liaising with Regional Complaint Centres, packaging of pumps and generating shipping forms.
- Decontamination and logging of samples received for the complaint investigation process.
- Order and maintain the stock of spares parts and other supplies required for the investigation process.
- Raising Purchase Orders for ordering packing material as per BD processes and system.
- Administer and support C2C training and training files for the Customer Advocacy team.
About you
- Proven track record within an administrative background and organisation and planning skills.
- Experience in a clinical/hospital or medical device environment desirable.
- Proficient skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Analytical and problem solving ability sufficient to evaluate product complaints.
- Ability to work autonomously and to appropriately prioritise workload independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of TrackWise desirable.
