Supports the Facility as HR business partner in all activities related to keep employees engaged and retained, such as labor relations conflict management, talent acquisition, performance management, engagement programs, communication programs, rewards and recognition, employee events, payroll related issues, HR services (transportation and cafeteria) and union support on timely manner and with high service standards.Job Description

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree completed at any administrative career.
• Minimum 5 year of experience at Human Resources area.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledgeable on how to apply Mexican legislation to mitigate labor suits and keep company under Company Policies & values
Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
