1. Key Responsibilities
- Implement marketing activities to drive product adoption and market share growth for the MDS product portfolio in Vietnam, including:
- Market research: to identify customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape and track post events/activities metrics.
- Product development and launch activities, ensuring timely delivery and successful market introduction.
- Pricing execution per product per country.
- Marketing communications – advertising, promotions, digital marketing.
- Event organizing: ensure thorough planning, execution and fulfill relevant process required by compliance, monitor and report the execution and effectiveness of marketing plans/budgets via tracking and analyzing post event metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry associations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, regulations, and standard processes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Implements, and maintains "best practices" in brand marketing and product development marketing, this includes use of BD Way of Marketing and leveraging the BD Way of Selling.
- Assist in monitoring business performance and important metrics and process: demand, forecast accuracy and colaborate with commercial excellent, supply chain, sales team to ensure business goals deliverables.
2. Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (health care related) or Business.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare with a minimum of 3 years in Product management/Marketing management role.
- Prior clinical experience in nursing is desired.
- Understanding of healthcare systems, influencing dynamics and data related to consumables in different care settings in hospital.
3. Professional Skills & Key Competencies
- Experience in medical device - consumable management is required.
- Experience in managing cross function activities/ projects, developing and implementing marketing activities.
- Ability to plan ahead / envision and ensure timely execution.
- Leadership ability to influence without authority, develop and empower associates to achieve objectives with a team approach including careful delegation of tasks while maintaining responsibility for the final result.
- Strong event management, customer focus, relationship management skills at senior levels, market intelligence with advanced research and analytical problem solving skills.
- Excellent skills in written, verbal communication in English and presentation in both Vietnamese and English.
