Main responsabilities will include:

• Secure adherence to the company’s directives, group policies, and local laws

• Ensure the accuracy of the accountingdata, for statutory and US books

• Ensure the accuracyon VAT reporting

• Process the monthlysalescommissioncomputation and ensure the correcttaxaspect

• Collaborate in the preparation of annual financial statements, tax declarations, and related reports

• Support external and internalaudits

• Cooperate with external partners on payroll and other employees’ related matters

• Ensure accurancy of the monthly accounts, accruals and reconciliations

• Monthly intrastat and esterometrodeclarations

• Follow up AR cash receipts for allocations

• Daily Banking uploads

About you:

• The ideal candidate should have at least 5 - proven experience on a similar position/role, working in commercial business or similar environment.  

• Deep knowledge of local statutory accounts (strong knowledge on Italian GAAP) and VAT legislation

• Strong understanding of accounting controls and processes (SOX, accounts reconciliations etc) 

• Analytical, financial and planning skills

• A degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Business or Finance 

• Computer skills. Advanced with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint and familiar with the use of ERPs (SAP 4/H & MS Business Central) 

• Fluent in written and spoken English 

• Excellent communications, technical and presentation skills
