Reporting to the Associate Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the BD Interventional business (BDI) through key marketing processes. This individual will be highly collaborative, working closely with the sales team, marketing team, and shared services business partners. Success in this role demands a strong customer focus, keen attention to detail, and a flexible, proactive approach. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience and develop skills you'll use every day in marketing execution, communication, and business operations. You will be onsite in our offices in Mississauga Monday to Thursday, and work from home on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support key marketing activities, including customer events such as webinars, symposiums, and conferences.
  • Assist in the development, preparation, and distribution of marketing collateral and online content.
  • Lead the regional marketing content and collateral approval process.
  • Support the execution and ongoing optimization of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with the sample program and other business projects aligned with Key Business Objectives (KBOs).

Education & Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Knowledge & Skills required:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a true team player.
  • High drive for results and a proactive, ambitious mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in science or business-related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge with SAP, JD Edwards (JDE), and Salesforce.com.
  • Bilingual French and English (read, write, speak) an asset.
