Apoyar a la solución de problemas para los departamentos de manufactura y calidad. Apoyo directo a las operaciones de manufactura y calidad. Configuración de herramienta y ajuste de proceso en los equipos de producción. El técnico solucionará el problema y determinará si el problema es mecánico, eléctrico o de proceso. Una vez que se ha diagnosticado el problema, el técnico debe reparar o reemplazar cualquier componente necesario, para mantener en
óptimas condiciones el equipo.
Job Description
FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
- Apoyar la optimización de proceso, así como la reducción de costo, parámetros de la máquina y fallas.
- Apoyar a ingeniería para resolver problemas de manufactura y calidad, dar soporte directo a las operaciones de manufactura.
- Implementar acciones correctivas, responsable de seguir el programa de mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos a su cargo.
- Instalación de maquinaria.
- Implementar cambios rápidos de modelo (SMED)
- Instalación de equipos.
- Soporte en validaciones de procesos, equipos de prueba, métodos de prueba, accesorios, etc.
REQUISITOS
- Educación Carrera Técnica, TSU o licenciatura en mecatrónica, electrónica, electricidad o equivalente.
- Habilidad para resolver problemas de manufactura.
- Efectividad en la introducción de nuevos métodos, herramienta, accesorios (fixtures) y equipo dentro del piso de producción.
- Conocimientos de instalaciones eléctricas.
- Programación de PLC.
- Interpretar planos.
- Experiencia 1 año de experiencia.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación.
- Dinámico, proactivo, orientado al trabajo en equipo, actitud positiva con buenas habilidades interpersonales y organizativas, competente.
