KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Real business partner for assigned business unit

a) Work closely with the business team, to provide financial insight/partnership with Business Leader for daily operation and key initiatives

b) Proactive risk management. Work with business team to find out the business opportunity or the mitigation for any risk arisen

c) Acting as key member to communicate with BU WW on business performance/ Budget/ Projection /Strategic planning, etc.

2. Business Analysis and regular reporting

a) Analyze the financial performance of assigned businesses/functions, with focus on variance against budget, projection and prior period.

b) Communicate to Business & Country leader, WW Finance on the analysis and recommendation of action to address any performance issue.

3. Drive Strategic planning & Budget process for the assigned Business Unit with close coordination with Regional Leaders/WW Leaders

a) Performed periodic financial estimation, quarterly projection and budgeting of the business/functions assigned, including providing insightful comments to key variances vs prior projection, budget and prior year.

b) Communicate the variance comments to Business leaders, Country management and Finance team

c) Ad hoc Financial Analysis to business/function assigned, as and when required.

4. Regular financial support to local business assigned, not restricting to the following :

a) Monthly sales by region/distributors/products. Track monthly deferral and revenue entries. Prepare reserve & deferred revenues schedules.

b) Business team performance review

c) Review distributor incentive plan and the impact on financials

d) Business modeling/pricing modeling/distributor modeling, etc.

e) Review major expenses and ensure timely reflection in P&L.

5. Drive improvement in process, with the objective of improving financial forecast accuracy.

a) Priorities and assign tasks to ensure the business resource are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.

b) Establish rigorous and robust planning routine for Business team, involving regional involvement.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Mature with good influence capability

2. Fluent English with strong business acumen

3. Good communication skill both verbal and written with various levels in the organization.

4. Office applications; Excel/PPT.

5. Acceptable level of computer skill: Hyperion, Planning tool, SAP and office application. Ability To automate various tool

6. Both FP&A and accounting experience is a plus

DESIRABLE

1. Finance, Accounting or Business Related Bachelor Degree

2. 10 years or above Finance or accounting experience in multinational companies, and with at least 5 years focusing on business support and Experience within relevant industry (Healthcare, Instrument business etc.).

3. Flexible to business trips
