Job Description
Market Assessment and Expansion:
- Assess market opportunities for market creation and expansion with existing and new oncology products in the CASAJ region.
- Quantify market headroom and explore reimbursement pathways and go-to-market (GTM) models, aligning strategies with country-specific requirements.
- Develop and present business cases for market development investments.
Customer Insights and Validation:
- Conduct customer interviews to validate market hypotheses and gather insights.
Event Design and Execution:
- Design and execute customer-facing events, including advisory board meetings and professional education programs, to foster market development and engagement.
Training and Development:
- Lead internal and external product training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective utilization of related products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing or sales within the med tech or pharmaceutical industries preferred
Proven experience in market development, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify market opportunities and develop strategic business cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct effective customer interviews and present findings.
Experience in designing and executing customer-facing events and training programs.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and align strategies with country-specific needs.
