Job Description Summary
As Junior Business Analyst you will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst for the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) Business Unit in providing business partnering solutions to the commercial teams and the Country Business Leader. You will report to the MDS Senior Business Analyst with a dotted line to the Country Business Leader.This role is a fixed term contract, ending 1st April 2026. We require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work-life balance.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Support and learn forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring all commitments are met accurately and timely
- Learn to become fluent in BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) System and handle extensive reporting requirements with tight deadlines
- Analyze drivers of revenue and gross profit performance to support presentations for key meetings
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support in setting appropriate territory targets and optimize profitability
- Support in identifying risks and opportunities, as well as keeping track of relevant tenders
- Support commercial teams with managing the BI landscape
- Ensure standardization and continuous improvement in processes, contributing to a strong Business Analyst team
About you:
- Educated to degree level, preferably in finance or a related field.
- A first experience in revenue analysis or similar role with good knowledge of Excel is a must.
- Proficiency in English, Swedish is considered a big plus.
- Technologically savvy, ideally including understanding of BI tools (e.g. PowerBI)
- High level of flexibility and adaptability in changing and complex environments.
- Strong financial, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
