Job Description Summary
POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）1. Familiar with related mechanic, electric and related major foundation knowledge, and has more than 5 year experience on related area.
熟悉相关机械、电气以及相关专业的基础知识，并在相关领域工作5年以上；
2. Be responsible for automation assembly process daily management which focus on each zone waste rate analysis, and set priority with Paratoo analysis. Issue improvement plan and lead the team to implement that
负责自动装配过程日常管理工作，重点关注每个工作区的废品率分析，应用柏拉图分析设定优先等级。提出改进计划和领导团队完成项目。
3. Monitor process quality issue once received customer complaint, or internal quality issue from QA, will lead the team to do investigation, root cause analysis and find action plan and follow up until closed
监控过程质量问题，一旦收到客户投诉，或者来自QA的质量问题检测报告，将负责领导生产团队进行调查，原因分析以及寻找纠正措施计划，并跟踪直到完成。
4. Have capability on preparing related validation plan and project (for equipment / product), and be indecently complete the validation report
准备有关项目（设备/产品）的验证计划，并能够独立完成验证报告；
5. Have capability on communication in English, be capable to communicate with oversea engineer on the project.

6. Have capability on writing related document (including drawing, product specification, raw material specification, process map and process risk management and audit)

Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
1. Be responsible for automation assembly lines process management and process validation
负责自动生产装配线工艺管理和工艺验证
2. Be responsible for automation process enhancement such as OEE performance continue improvement
负责自动装配工艺改进，如OEE的持续改进
3. Be participate to attend automation project buy off and support process validation as a key team member
作为一个关键团队成员，参与自动线项目的引进和支持工艺工程的验证
4. Work with Project leader/engineer to develop automation process SOP which include operator SOP, maintenance SOP and Preventive Maintenance Plan Per ISO 9001/13485 requirement
按照ISO 9001/13485要求，与项目负责人或者工程师一起，开发自动装配工艺的SOP，其中包括操作工SOP，保养SOP以及保养计划
5. Provide technical training to process engineer, technicians and operators when requirement is necessary
如果需要，负责对工艺工程师、技工以及操作工提高不同层面的技术培训
6. Continue improve and sustain overall performance of automation assembly line
持续改进和维持自动装配生产线的业绩指标
7. Work with QA engineer and continue improvement on product quality
与QA工程师持续改进产品质量
8. Be responsible for productivity improvement including budget management, CI improvement and enhance automation team.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1. Minimum bachelor degree in mechanics and electronics on industrial engineering. 至少需要机电或者工业工程专业本科毕业
2. 5~8 years experience in automation manufacturing on automation assembly lines. At least 3 years at supervisory & sr. process engineer in automation level.
5至8年在自动化生产或者自动装配线的经验。在自动化方面至少3年作为主管或者高级工艺工程师
3. Preference: technical-oriented & experienced professional, be familiar with automation machine is a MUST.
期望：以技术以及专业经验为导向，熟悉自动化设备
4. Solid automation operate experience in Medical Device manufacturing process would be an advantage
具备在医疗器械生产工艺方面自动化运营经验者作为优先考虑
5. Validation experience on automation assembly line would be preferred
具备有自动化装配线验证经验者则优先考虑
6. Good project management, teamwork and communication skill
良好的项目管理能力，团队合作和沟通技巧等能力
7. Lean manufacturing and six sigma background is preferred.

8. Fluent English in oral and written
