About Role
BD Medical – Medication Delivery Solution (MDS) Business Unit is looking for Account Manager OEE. Account Manager is the first point of contact for distributors and is responsible for selling the products and solutions in accordance with company strategy and sales targets. The Account Manager develops the core business and in parallel develops new business opportunities, defines customer projects, implements them in accordance with the agreed marketing and sales strategy, and thus contributes to the success of the company.
As Account Manager you will also:
Building and consolidating relationships with distributors, HCP, decision makers and opinion leaders
Development and implementation of an individual sales strategy tailored to the customer’s needs
Implementation of the market development strategy
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM database (salesforce.com) of all accounts, including activities, opportunities, threats and customer contact details.
Participation in relevant conferences, workshops as required
Pricing management
Supporting distributors in tender preparation
Handling of product complaints, processing in appropriate systems and communication with customers.
Regular collection and processing of market information (trends, competition behavior, products, services, etc.) and introducing ideas for the development of sales plans.
Conducting product training to distributors and HCP with close cooperation of Clinical Specialist
About you
At least 1-2 years experience as a sales representative in a medical/ pharmaceutical company
Clinical degree
Fluent Hungarian and Very good knowledge of English spoken and written (Romanian language skill is an advantage)
Experience in hospital sales and OR is an advantage
High level of motivation, ethical approach in achieving business goals
Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
A proactive, result driven & entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to network & build long-term customer relationships
Self-starter, flexible, dynamic, action-oriented and driven with a hands-on mentality.
Ability to both work independently as within a team with the ability to influence without authority
