As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.
About the role
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales and business development efforts, focusing on strategic key segments such as local Kit Manufacturers and MedTech. This exciting position will see you dedicating approximately 60% of your time to driving sales and business growth, while the remaining 40% will be committed to improving and measuring customer experience indicators.
Main responsibilities will include:
Inside Sales (60%)
- Generate New Opportunities:Source new prospects through outbound calls and emails.
- Understand Customer Needs:Identify how our products can improve customer offerings.
- Research and Engage:Identify key players and generate interest to meet quarterly quotas.
- Expand Your Network:Maintain and grow your database of prospects within your territory.
- Align with Strategy:Work with the EMEA B2B strategy to build a robust pipeline and close deals.
- Showcase Solutions:Conduct effective online demos for potential clients.
- Handle Quotes and Renewals:Ensure timely and accurate quotations and renewals.
- Drive Growth:Expand the existing customer base and prospect for new clients.
Customer Experience (40%)
- First Point of Contact:Handle customer queries related to documentation, contracts, prices, and Field Safety Notices.
- Proactive Order Management:Keep top customers advised and manage their orders efficiently.
- Resolve Issues:Address customer complaints and coordinate with support functions.
- Support Planning:Assist with demand planning and backorder management.
- Manage Contracts:Handle simple commercial contracts, price lists, and maintain pricing agreements.
- Database Maintenance:Ensure consistency and accuracy in customer databases (SFDC, S4 HANA, LOTS).
- Monitor and Improve:Track customer experience and propose improvement processes.
About you
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Healthcare
- Proven experience in inside sales, field sales, or customer service functions.
- Proficient in French, Dutch, and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Customer Focus and Entrepreneurship.
- Self-motivated and eager to develop in commercial sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and network with internal and external partners.
- Good analytical skills.
