Job Description Summary

The Project Coordinator, Data & Analytics is responsible for the creation of metrics, KPIs and reporting for the EMEA Supply Chain organization. This role will be responsible for evaluating the organization’s specific data needs, performing analytics, assessing and consolidating data points and applying the appropriate analytical methods to generate insights and develop solutions in support of operational excellence and strategic decision making for EMEA Supply Chain.

The Supply Chain team are responsible to bringing billions of life-saving medical devices and diagnostics tests, high-tech instruments and equipment to customers and patients all over the world. Our aim is deliver these products at an affordable cost and of the highest quality.

About the role

As a Supply Chain Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the Supply Chain Innovation team, supporting the End-to-End (E2E) Order to Delivery process in EMEA and its stakeholders, including Supply Chain Planning, Order Fulfillment Center of Excellence, Logistics Center of Excellence, and Customer Service.

Main responsibilities will include:

Support EMEA Supply Chain and Customer Service Project Portfolio and Business Process Transformation (BPT) Roadmap:

  • Follow the prioritization set by the portfolio and BPT governance.
  • Cover reporting and data requirements from various portfolio items as a delivery lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) working with TGS delivery partners.

Reporting and Metrics:

  • Build new reports and metrics as defined within respective projects/programs.
  • Manage the impact on existing reports (integrate new data, replace source data, etc.).
  • Integrate into the larger reporting structure where applicable.

Support Management System with Operational Teams and Functional Leadership:

  • Create new (predictive) metrics and insights to enable strategic decision-making or drive continuous improvement.
  • Simplify, rationalize, and automate existing reports where possible.
  • Achieve the above by utilizing both traditional and new technologies and capabilities.

Technologies and Applications:

  • Use technologies and applications like Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), BW HANA & Azure Data Warehousing, SQL, and Python.

Project Management:

  • Maintain oversight and drive for results through strong project management skills.

Analytical Support:

  • Provide senior-level analytical support, inform organizational change, and optimize processes across the Supply Chain organization.

Strategic Input:

  • Provide strategic input to identify and prioritize proposals for Supply Chain Excellence initiatives based on quantitative insights.

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Demonstrated ability in a supply chain related and/or operational function
  • Eager to investigate and to learn, to analyze, to improve
  • You have a strong Customer-focused mindset
  • You are able to prioritise multiple topics simultaneously and keep a helicopter overview.
  • You are process minded & structured
  • You have good communication skills and a strong team spirit.

This role is based on site in Erembodegem with an option to work from home on Fridays.
