Associate Director Integrated Business Planning

Job Description Summary

Are you ready to lead the charge in revolutionizing supply chain processes WW for Electro-Mechanical Instruments (EMI)? As the EMI Integrated Business Planning Process Associate Director (Supply), you will spearhead the implementation of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, driving continuous improvement and ensuring seamless integration across business units. Your leadership will be pivotal in establishing standardized supply consensus and review processes, enabling timely and informed decision-making.This position is based in our Eysins office and is open to individuals residing in the canton of Vaud with a valid Swiss work visa.

Job Description

About the Role: Lead the implementation of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for Electro-Mechanical Instruments (EMI). Drive continuous improvement, establish standardized supply consensus and review processes, and ensure seamless integration across business units.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement supply reviews with business leaders.
  • Promote acceptance of the supply review process.
  • Standardize reporting tools.
  • Improve supply accuracy metrics.
  • Align inventory with targets.
  • Lead the analytics team.
  • Integrate supply data into business units.
  • Collaborate with Finance for decision-making.
  • Lead change plans and process improvements.
  • Monitor important metrics and take corrective actions.

About You:

  • 8-10 years in Supply Chain planning at the associate director/senior manager level.
  • Experience in a senior Supply Chain role, such as S&OP process leader in a matrix international organization.
  • Significant experience implementing and leading S&OP/S&OE processes in dynamic changing environment.
  • Extensive experience developing teams across different time zones, showcasing strong leadership abilities for effective supervision and coordination.
  • Proven track record to lead in a matrix environment, collaborating with and influencing other business leaders.
  • Global approach with a customer-centric focus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • Strong eye for business and organizational credibility.
  • Quarterly travel, primarily to EMEA, US, and Mexico.
  • This position is based in our Eybens office and is open to individuals residing in the canton of Vaud with a valid Swiss work visa.
