Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Director Digital Platform Solutions & Services, the Director of Digital Platform Solutions & Services is a senior leadership role within the Enterprise Digital Applications & Architecture organization.The Director with lead the Digital Platforms & Solutions team responsible for Order to Cash, Contracting, eCommerce enterprise systems strategy, solution architecture & design, solution delivery across an enterprise and global portfolio. The Director will have a critical role in implementation of the BD ERP transformation roadmap across SAP S/4 and SAP ECC ecosystems, with a primary focus on Order to Cash, Contracts & Rebates, Pricing and eCommerce applications and processes. As such, this role will partner with digital teams inclusive of the foundational data capabilities, analytics, integration, automation and AI technologies that overlay and integrate BDs enterprise platforms into digital capabilities.
The Director will collaborate and ensure strategic alignment with TGS Business Partner organization, customer care, commercial and supply chain teams to prioritize, and deliver technology solutions in support of the business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps and business capability across Order to Cash, Contract & Rebates, eBusiness functional domains
- Accountable for architecture, design, and delivery oversight across Order to Cash, Contract & Rebates, eBusiness functional domains
- Partner and collaborate with Digital Platform leads to deliver integrated and cross functional solutions across Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales, Service and Finance processes
- Lead a high performing functional and solution architecture team, providing direction, mentoring, inspiring them to reach new heights of performance and innovation
- Collaborate with senior leadership across Technology Global Services (TGS), Customer care, Contracting, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to align technology solutions that fuel business growth and drive efficiency
- Manage relationships with strategic platform vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization
- Guide SI partner architects to design solutions in line with business needs and architecture principles
- Provide thought leadership, quality decision making, deep technical know-how, and an ability to navigate complex business challenges while applying a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in progressive leadership roles within the technology function
- Strong functional experience across Order to Cash, Contracting, Rebates, eCommerce. Supply Chain and Logistics processes
- Functional and technical leadership experience across multiple SAP and Business transformation programs
- Deep understanding and techno functional experience in SAP S/4, SAP ECC, Vistex, SAP Commerce and ERP application ecosystems
- Proven senior applications leadership experience in architecture, design, delivery of enterprise technology solutions
- Ability to blend process excellence with a solution mindset to solve business problems
- Communicate complex business and technical challenges in a simplified manner
- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
