ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director Platform Solutions & Services, Senior Solution Architect Platform Solutions & Services will be responsible for architecture, design and delivery of functional solutions across Contract to Cash process. The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for application design governance, maintaining global templates and standards, delivery of critical projects and enhancements across the Global Order to Cash process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Architecture and solution design leadership across Contract to Cash process focused on SAP ECC, S/4, non-SAP related bolt-on’s and applications.

• Lead and participate in solution design discussions with TGS strategic system integrators to deliver solutions that scale across businesses and regions.  

• Collaborate with business partner, platform solutions, and development teams to elicit and translate business requirements into function design and & technical specifications.

• Functional and technical leadership to develop integrated solutions across cross functional business processes, SAP ECC, S/4 and boundary applications.

• Develop productive relationships and strategic alignment with business partner teams across the organization

• Manage relationships with major platform vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization.

• Facilitate & collaborate with global vendor(s) support teams to ensure break fix issues are resolved in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate should have experience leading technology teams, strong technology & functional understanding, process, and solution mentality. 

In addition, the ideal candidate should also possess:   

• 8+ years of experience in progressively responsible roles within the technology function.

• Strong functional and technical experience across Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Technical Service processes.

• Deep understanding and hands on experience in SAP ECC, S/4, and ERP application ecosystem required. Vistex preferred.

• Knowledge of E-Commerce processes is a plus

• Ability to blend process excellence with a solution approach to solve business problems 

• Ability to communicate sophisticated business / technical challenges in a simplified manner

• Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels

• Ability to collaborate, partner with external vendors and service providers to manage solution design and delivery 

• Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.

Education and Training

• An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business management or a related field.
