Summary of Position with General Responsibilities:
The Transfer Pricing Manager is a key contributor to the Company’s Finance, Tax, operational and other initiatives by providing support and financial analysis on all transfer pricing matters in relation to compliance, audits, provision and planning. The Transfer Pricing manager collaborates closely with other members of the Tax Department and BD’s finance and operations partners. The Transfer Pricing Director reports to the Associate Director Transfer Pricing. The role is hybrid with 4 days in the office.
Responsibilities
Be accountable for executing the Company’s transfer pricing matters around planning, provision, compliance, and audits.
Perform TP economic analyses to price intangible, tangible, and service transactions, including analysis of third-party arrangements under US and non-US transfer pricing rules.
Support various global tax audits with transfer pricing implications.
Provide TP controversy support, including audit support for the US and OUS.
Demonstrate the ability to successfully execute multiple simultaneous projects to timely completion.
Demonstrate and apply technical knowledge of transfer pricing regulations to relevant transfer pricing matters.
Demonstrate the ability to manage annual timeline and various to dos independently.
Improves tax processes and controls, eliminating manual work and improving efficiencies where possible, including the implementation of technology tools.
Provide well-thought-of and concise deliverables and work.
Work closely and partner with other stakeholders in the tax department, finance, business & operations, and external advisors on various transfer pricing matters.

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects timely and efficiently
Self-starter that takes initiative to seek solutions to problems and improve processes
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate strong data analytics skills
Basic Qualifications:
Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for compliance purposes using Microsoft Word, Excel, and various statistical sampling packages.
A demonstrated ability to self-direct and effectively organize and prioritize under tight deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge:
Strong excel and data analytics.
Minimum five years of recent experience with tax transfer pricing advisory related projects.
Public accounting and/or corporate tax experience is a plus.
Understanding of accounting (profit and loss statement) is a must.
Education and/or Experience:
B.S. / B.A. / Masters – Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Statistics, or equivalent
