Job Description Summary
The Inside Sales Specialist role for lead management & analytics will be responsible for managing customer leads generated by the BD Bioscience’s various marketing campaigns in order to maximize lead conversion rate and increase sales opportunities. This role will be responsible for end-to-end management of leads received through different digital and in person customer engagements, especially for new market creation campaigns. In the process of lead management, the candidate is expected to analyze the marketing qualified leads, convert to sales leads and track the conversion till purchase order. The candidate should have excellent communication abilities and strong analytical skills.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer leads received through various marketing campaigns, especially for leads generated from new market creation campaigns.
- Accountability for conversion of marketing qualified leads to sales lead. Opportunity mapping, ability to utilize technical expertise while interaction with customers for conversion to sales leads and end to end tracking till conversion to purchase order.
- Develop strategies to optimize lead conversion rates.
- Generate periodic reports on lead management analytics and lead conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Application etc., to ensure alignment across departments for lead tracking and conversion.
Qualifications:
• Master’s in Biotechnology or any other discipline in Biology.
• Proficiency in flow cytometry and other cell analysis technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of CRM preferred.
