Az alábbi feladatok várnak Rád:
- A gyártási folyamat támogatása és folyamatos fejlesztése
- Új berendezések installálásában és validálásában való részvétel
- Folyamatfejlesztés, hatékonyság növelés, selejtszázalék csökkentés
- Berendezések megelőző karbantartásának tervezése, végrehajtásának irányítása
- Technikusok munkájának irányítása
- A folyamathoz szükséges dokumentumok elkészítése
- Validációs dokumentumok elkészítése
- Szoros együttműködés a vállalat más gyárainak folyamatmérnökeivel
Az álláshoz tartozó elvárások:
- Felsőfokú műszaki végzettség (ideális: gépészmérnök, villamosmérnök)
- Legalább 3 év tapasztalat folyamatmérnöki pozícióban, nagysebességű gyártási környezetben
- Gyártóberendezés teljesítményének növelésével kapcsolatos folyamatfejlesztési tapasztalat
- Kommunikációképes angol nyelvtudás
- Folyamatszemlélet
- Határozott, agilis, proaktív, önálló személyiség
- Jó problémamegoldó és kommunikációs képesség
- Multinacionális környezetben szerzett tapasztalat
- Lean, SixSigma és orvosi eszközgyártás területén vagy gyógyszeriparban szerzett tapasztalat előnyt jelentenek
