The role provides accurate and timely commercial, and operations support during the entire sales and operations cycle to ensure key corporate objectives are met. Job Responsibilities

1) Ensure standardized SIOP process across all BD business and distributions.

2) Partner with SEA planning to directly work with Country and Business Leaders, Distributors, and relevant stakeholders to establish (using Distributor in-market and inventory data) accurate demand forecasting/ planning.

3) Attend and ensure pre-consensus meetings are conducted according to agenda and with high quality outputs.

4) Analyze and provide comments to monthly country performance on In-Market Sales, Trade Sales and Future Day’ Sales (FDS) inventory level across all business.

5) Monitor and escalate inventory risks for appropriate action.

6) Work closely with business teams to ensure successful implementation of corporate-level sales operation strategy, projects and processes.

7) Coordinate internal activities with Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Quality Assurance to address country plans and proactively identify and resolve any issues that put country plans at risk.

8) Support businesses to streamline and optimize sales and operations processes with distributors.

9) Drive the achievement of distributor KPIs by functioning as key contact person to distributors.

10)  Review Distributor Channel Inventory and IMS trends, escalate inventory risks for appropriate action.

11)  Participate in annual Distributor evaluation (where applicable)

12)  Identify gaps, spot problems, diagnosis of the issues, evaluating alternatives.

13)  Overseeing day-to-day operations

14)  Participate and coordinate in project management duties assigned.

15)  Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification

  • Diploma with relevant experience or Degree holder required
  • Need to be a team player with positive attitude
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in relevant industry
  • Strong in Excel – Pivot, Formulas, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia on writing and speaking
  • Have knowledge/experience in Supply Chain background/Warehouse/Logistics
