About the role

As IT Business Partner Plant Maintenance (SAP)you will beresponsible for design, development and implementation of new features and enhancements of the space of Digital Maintenance (Predictive, CMMS) aligned with business needs. The technology is deployed in BD’s manufacturing sites worldwide.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of digital maintenance requirements, design and architecture.
• Provide input and contribute to validation deliverables such as Validation Plan and Validation Summary Report.
• Support the technical teams and business in the maintenance escalation process and disposition of incidents.
• Develop and test new features and functionalities for Prometheus and SAP Plant Maintenance using agile methodologies.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and security of the software by following best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with other team members and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.
• Act as a bridge between business functions and the technical team.
• Offer ad-hoc training and user support as required.

About you

• 2-3 year of experience in a functional or technical SAP role in the Plant Maintenance module.
• Industrial background in asset management.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance business processes. Ability to translate complex business / technical needs into simple and manageable requirements.
• Passionate about Digital Transformation, learning and adopting new emerging technologies
• Exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and in overcoming ambiguity.
• Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to align and work with diverse global partners. Ability/experience to work in a multinational, multicultural business environment.
• Fluent in English (verbal, written)
