VOTRE MISSION
Becton Dickinson France, S.A. recherche un(e) Alternant(e) Ingénieur Méthode UAP pour rejoindre son équipe de production. Vous serez responsable de l'amélioration des processus de production et de la mise en œuvre de nouvelles méthodes de travail. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production, d'ingénierie et de qualité.
Responsabilités
* Analyser les processus de production et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.
* Développer et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles méthodes de travail.
* Former les opérateurs aux nouvelles méthodes de travail.
* Suivre et mesurer l'impact des améliorations mises en œuvre.
* Participer à des projets d'amélioration continue.
* Assurer la liaison entre les équipes de production, d'ingénierie et de qualité.
VOTRE PROFIL
* Bac +2/3 en Génie Industriel, Mécanique ou équivalent.
* Connaissance des méthodes d'amélioration continue (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
* Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
* Autonomie et initiative.
