The teams offer an extensive selection of solutions designed to protect, package and deliver drug therapies. Billions of products are manufactured by our 7 global factories each year.Reporting to the Business Analytics Lead, we are looking for a newly created Business Analyst role to be responsible for utilizing models, algorithms, and statistical tools to uncover patterns and trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization.The Business Analyst Manager (BA) plays a pivotal role in driving long-term business performance through the use of data analytics and insights!
This position can be located in listed countries where we have offices, provided that you can travel to the location at least 3 times a week. Please make sure you are located close to a BD office or willing to relocate close by.

We're seeking a dedicated Business Analyst Manager(BA) to join our team! In this pivotal role, you'll harness data analytics and insights to drive long-term business performance. Your unique blend of business sense and tech skills will make a difference!
This position can be located in 5 countries where we have offices, provided that you can travel to the location at least 3 times a week. (see below).

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct trend analysis and use statistical techniques to understand market trends and assess operational success.
Employ models and algorithms to uncover patterns and trends for informed decision-making.
Develop cases, provide analytical support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Drive performance improvement and enhance customer experience through data-driven insights.
Build organizational analytics capabilities and deploy self-service platforms for data access.
Conduct thorough data analysis, model building, and identify key insights to solve business challenges.
Contribute to Annual Strategic Plan preparation, demonstrating statistical tools for long-term forecasts.
Collaborate with commercial teams to develop data-driven strategies and refine project prioritization processes.
Conceptualize and implement a roadmap for enhancing organizational analytics capabilities.
Prepare presentations, coach teams on data utilization, and design insightful data visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Demonstrable experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business case development.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work multi-functionally in a matrix environment.
Experience with Python, R, or SQL is required.
Knowledge of market trends and business intelligence tools preferred.
Familiarity with salesforce, SAP, databricks andc snowflake is a plus
Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry's experience would be ideal.
