Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with capital equipment and IT Service delivery project experience, to manage a number complex projects for BD Rowa™, BD Pyxis™ and Alaris™ across Australia and New Zealand.

This role is to support growth across some of our key markets in Hospital and Retail pharmacy. Open to candidates from Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Managing large projects and programs of work to achieve the program/project's objectives with customers across ANZ.

• Prioritise customer experience by ensuring all interactions are positive, professional, and solution-oriented. Maintain excellence in communication by being clear, concise, and responsive. Understand that customers may come from various organisational levels and have complex teams, requiring tailored communication strategies to effectively address their needs and expectations. Strive to build strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to enhance overall project success. Provide support to Customers in the design, delivery and knowledge transfer of BD Medication Management Solutions Product upgrades and implementations to existing and prospective customers.

• Collaborate with colleagues to grow the BD Medication Management Solutions Product business

• Contribute to developing a best in class project implementation team, focusing on continuous improvement.

• Drive all technical, application, installation and training elements of BD Medication Management Solutions Product upgrades and implementations by by establishing and managing effective and collaborative relationships with various BD internal teams

 Ensure project activities meet established timelines and revenue objectives by closely monitoring progress and proactively addressing any potential delays or issues. 

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated Project Management experience across Healthcare and Clinical IT Projects would be advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex and dynamic projects.

• Strong external and internal stakeholder management at various levels to meet business expectations.

• Professional communication skills with the ability to proactively lead project working groups from BD, Customer and external Vendors.

• Ability to identify and manage timeline risks that may hinder completion and handover dates (Critical).

• Customer experience focused.

• Self-starter; able to work alone and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented, organised and can creatively identify solutions to solve problems.

• Degree qualified in Project Management, Engineering, Construction or related qualification.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing improvement

• Project Management Professional (PMP) ® certification or similar qualification. Experience using 'Smartsheet' would be advantageous. Any other Project management software would also be considered favourably.
