Job Description Summary
- Accountable for plant QA activities.- Ensures that all quality-related systems are effectively established and maintained in strict accordance with the ISO13485, EUMDR, relevant countries regulations, Business Unit and Corporate requirements. Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements and adjust company practices accordingly.
- Assures that products manufactured at the Bawal facility are safe, efficacious and perform as intended, and determines whether products conform to specifications.
- Provide exceptional leadership, quality oversight and direction to the quality team. Demonstrate strong scheduling, decision-making, problem-solving, and team-building capabilities to drive excellence in quality operations.
- Prepare the company for audits and inspections from regulatory authorities, ensuring readiness and compliance at all times. Lead audit response and resolution efforts, maintaining a strong track record of successful inspections.
- Provides essential managerial and technical support for any task assigned by direct manager.

Job Responsibilities
1.1. Management Representative (MR) and representing management during audit. Conduct quarterly Quality Management Reviews, presenting detailed reports on the performance of the quality system and quality objectives to the leaders. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
1.2. Lead the review of non-conformances, collaborating with the team to initiate corrective and preventive action plans. Ensure root cause analysis and sustainable solutions are implemented promptly. Perform and approve disposition of non-conforming products through MRB (material review board).
1.3. Serve as the primary interface between the plant and Divisional, Corporate, and external quality-related personnel, fostering effective communication and collaboration on all quality matters.
1.4. Develop, refine, and execute the plant's quality strategy and objectives. Drive comprehensive quality improvement plans, aligning them with business goals and regulatory requirements.
1.5. Maintain meticulous documentation practices in accordance with regulatory standards. Oversee the company's documentation function, ensuring accuracy, completeness and accessibility of quality-related records.
1.6. Support evaluation projects from manufacturing department by guiding the development of quality plans, executing inspection & testing activities and work further with Manufacturing on research of their activities.
1.7. Establish system for the receipt and processing of complaint and Field action of products due to complaint.
1.8. Execute, measure and report on the progress of the Quality Management Strategic.
1.9. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, actively participating in or leading initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Encourage cross-functional collaboration to implement best practices.
1.10. Perform any other tasks/assignments as assigned by direct manager.
Education and Experience
1. Degree in engineering or related field with minimum 10 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Practical experience should include direct supervision of personnel.
Knowledge and Skills
3. Strong knowledge in ISO 13485, EUMDR and relevant countries regulations 4. Strong leadership in team development and teamwork enabled by strong interpersonal, influencing and conflict resolution skills 5. Experience in business and functional strategy and key strategic objectives / metrics while aligning priorities and resources to deliver on commitments.
6. Six Sigma Greenbelt certified or knowledge on six sigma tools and minimum 2 years practical experience in using Six Sigma tools in a manufacturing environment.
