Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our Medication Delivery Solutions business unit based in Denmark, Norway, Finland, or Sweden, with a preference for someone located in Stockholm. In this role, you will support commercial teams, Business Unit Managers, and the Country Business Leader by providing key insights and analysis to drive informed decision-making. You will be crucial in helping the organisation meet its financial goals and strategic objectives. This role offers hybrid working with a home office option, ensuring a good work-life balance.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Perform comprehensive analyses to guide decision-making, manage risks, and find opportunities.
  • Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion in line with European business unit standards.
  • Mentor a junior business analyst, supporting their development and growth within the team.
  • Provide support and workshops to sales teams by addressing system-related questions.
  • Offer financial insights to assist with planning and setting business objectives.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for monthly business reviews with BU leadership and European counterparts.
  • Develop and maintain monthly reports and analytical tools to meet the business unit's information requirements.
  • Utilise tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst, with a strong focus on financial analysis and data interpretation.
  • Fluent in English and one Nordic language.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.
  • Experience in healthcare or the medical device industry, especially in tender management within a large international organisation, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, adaptable to dynamic environments, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a willingness to mentor and assist colleagues with IT tool-related queries, particularly regarding Excel.
