Marketing Associate, Global Downstream Marketing - Hybrid

Job Description Summary

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for working on various downstream marketing initiatives within the Peripheral Interventional Oncology platform. This role will support the marketing team with new product launches, promotional programs, conference execution, and other commercial related initiatives. The candidate should have experience within marketing, implementing product strategies and campaigns. Candidates will be expected to report to our Tempe, AZ office 4 days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports marketing plans and projects including campaign execution; evaluates effectiveness and makes adjustments as needed.

  • Works closely with sales, customer service and other internal departments to ensure effective communication and support of marketing initiatives.

  • Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and promotional materials including print ads, brochures, direct mailings, email, web pages, etc.

  • Researches new trends and technologies related to business unit’s industry; recommends innovative ideas to increase competitive advantage.

  • Attends conferences and trade shows as required; maintains awareness of changes in industry practices and technology.

  • Assists in planning and executing special events such as meetings, training sessions, trade shows and receptions.

  • Provides administrative support by serving as back-up to departmental staff when needed.

  • Other duties may be assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent preferred.

  • Experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns preferred.

  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and follow through.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to others.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
