Job Description Summary

Responsible for the elaboration and monitoring of the production program and participates in the elaboration of the capacity analysis, as well as its updating based on the requirements provided by Planning. It also provides support in the analysis of material consumption variations.

General Roles and Responsibilities:

Participates in the monitoring of the procedures established by the company in compliance with the Quality Manual, current regulations applicable to the organization.
2. Executes the escalation of any risk to their safety or that of their colleagues, failure to comply with a quality requirement, problem and/or opportunity for improvement.
3. Comply with clothing, cleanliness and health requirements according to the procedures applicable to the controlled environment area.
4. Create the production schedule, ensuring shipments to the different product sterilization sites according to the production plan.
5. Monitors compliance with the production schedule and makes necessary updates.
6. Supports production supervisors and group leaders in meeting the production schedule.
7. Collaborates with Planning to ensure timely compliance with the production plan.
8. Participates in the End of Month inventory according to applicable procedures.
9. Performs the maintenance of model standards file according to Engineering data for the calculation of productivity and efficiency.
10. Participates in the analysis and adjustments in material variation reviews.
11. Ensures the programming of new models for first runs.
12. Provides support for batch scheduling for engineering use.
13. Check arrival dates of materials when we have shorts on the production floor.
