An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Inside Sales Representative at BD. This role is part of our UKI Inside Sales organization, a key pillar of our UKI Commercial Excellence vision. The position focuses on better serving our small and medium accounts and accelerating revenue growth. The vacancy is due to an internal promotion. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a fundamental role in increasing our customer base and achieving revenue growth objectives. Main responsibilities will include:
- Source new opportunities and customers through outbound calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and how our products can improve their patient care.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to achieve quarterly quotas.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Manage quotations and renewals on time, ensuring operational excellence for your focus customers.
About You:
- Inside Sales experience, ideally in medical device industry or science/medical background and strong commercial attributes
- Knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as Salesforce or other CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, driven to succeed, and a willingness to learn mentality
