As a Warehouse Operative at BD, your day will be filled with dynamic tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. From unloading deliveries and organizing inventory to maintaining a clean and safe work environment, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products reach those who need them most.

The role is based onsite in Worthing, with working hours Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Main responsibilities will include:

• Unloading lorries, splitting down of pallet deliveries, and booking into locations in warehouse and picking area.
• Booking in deliveries and entering accurate information into JDE.
• Understand the warehouse layout, locations, top up procedures and housekeeping requirements for the role.
• Entering received orders onto the system and distributing to warehouse locations and users.
• Maintain the stores to the highest standards, in line with health and safety requirements.
• Ensure adherence of company HSE policy.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Ensure a clean and tidy working environment. Operate a clean as you go process to provide a safe working environment.

The role is based onsite in Worthing, with working hours Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

About you

• Experience in a goods-in Warehouse environment
• Be able to drive a counter balance forklift truck.
• Experience of Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Needs to be able to move pallets on a pallet truck and lift boxes from pallets into locations.
