About the role
The Adverse Event Administrator will be responsible for supporting administrative activities associated with EMEA Vigilance Centre of Excellence to support BD to meet its regulatory requirements.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborates with the Vigilance Specialists to inform Regulatory Agency and Notified Bodies of Adverse Events in a timely manner.
- Supervise and run dedicated vigilance shared mailboxes for the team
- Maintain accurate records of vigilance-related activities within the TrackWise system, and local tracker.
- Support the generation of metrics for Vigilance Leaders and Senior Management.
- Identify and assess vigilance-related risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with vigilance policies and procedures.
About you
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with a pro-active nature.
- Strong problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient English
- Knowledge of TrackWise (desirable).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices (desirable)
