Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies.
• Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
• Manage and edit content using Unily Content Management Systems (CMS) or similar Intranet editors.
• Produce and share videos using Kaltura or similar video sharing platforms.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and create cohesive communication materials.
• Design graphics and multimedia content to support communication initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and suggest improvements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Web design, Marketing, or a related field.

Experiences

• Proven experience in creating internal communication content for a corporate audience.
• Hands-on experience with Unily CMS or similar Intranet editors.
• Familiarity with Kaltura video sharing or similar platforms.
• Experience in multimedia creation, including video production and graphic design.

Required functional knowledge and skills

• Excellent English writing skills for creating engaging and clear content.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and video sharing platforms.
• Strong graphic design skills and experience with multimedia creation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
