About the role

 As a Junior Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will be mainly responsible for intercompany order management and coordination to support the supply chain operations area. Also, for expediting and operational follow-up with the different stakeholders in the logistics process on the various type of orders.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Close collaboration with various BD departments and BD suppliers.

• Order creation and management.

• Transactional workflow coordination of the orders and stock movements.

• Confirmation of the order entry delivery and shipment details to the stakeholders.

• Providing support and mentorship to BD vendors and internal BD associates on data set management.

About you

• Bachelor level required in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good command of English language required (written and spoken)

• Customer focus: ability to collaborate with individuals from different backgrounds

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to process large amounts of data

• Familiar with Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
