About the role

Please note this is a fixed-term contract till 30.09.2025.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the MDR/IVDR project team reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and you will play an active role in the successful implementation of the new regulation MDR/IVDR in the areas that impact Supply Chain.

You will be responsible to define, facilitate and execute the supply chain coordination activities within the business units assigned. You will participate and lead in the cross-functional project reviews and activities, acting and reporting against defined schedules and deliverables specific to ensure successful and smooth implementation of MDR/IVDR regulation within the supply chain ensuring all the time a strong business continuity.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate supply chain activities within the MDR-IVDR program for all Business Units from Demand to PO management.

• Ensure shipment of compliant versions to countries by supporting Regulatory affairs in the completion of trackers and by maintaining the Master Data in our ERP.

• Perform gap assessment and provide mitigation plans to guarantee business continuity during the MDR IVDR transitioning process (Labelling changes), recommending inventory levels to support the EMEA region service levels in alignment with the global business and 3rd Party suppliers.

• Regularly review processes with relevant teams to assess potential process improvements. Ensure implementation of the identified improvements.

• Organize and lead monthly meetings with the BU SC managers and relevant departments.

• Translate the key elements of the business strategies into tactical functional initiatives to meet the service and objectives across the regions.

• Coordinate first MDR batch activities with Supply Planning, Regulatory, Quality and Master Data to guarantee business continuity during the execution of the first batch inspection process and its implication within the EMEA markets.

• Responsible for the creation and update of all the SOPs for the project specific processes and tasks.

• Support euMDR training of new associates in Regional SC teams.

About you

• 2-5 years of related experience

• Minimum 2-5 years of data extraction and reporting experience

• Advanced English

• Knowledge of Project coordination

• Intermediate Power BI knowledge

• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

• Nice to have knowledge - SIOP process, Six Sigma or Lean principles
